Holiday rentals with a patio in Manuel Antonio

Very nice accommodation, very attentive to the host, please note that there are several steps to go up and down,recommended not to carry such large suitcases, worth the place, good view and quiet .

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s house. The house is surrounded by trees and nature and had all the amenities you need. Karen was a very responsive host, we have enjoyed very much our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting g the manual Antonio area as you are close to beautiful beaches and attractions but still away from the busy noisy parts of the city…

This was, hands down, the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Super nice, new, spacious, and beautiful home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our family of 5 could spread out and be very comfortable and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Super convenient to walk to several restaurants (four of them are literally right across the street), ice cream, small grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Eight to ten minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park as well as a fun public beach (Espadilla Beach). Five to ten minutes to downtown Quepos. We were off to activities all day and it was nice to finish the day in the pool at the condo and then beautiful sunset from the penthouse balcony. If we ever come back to Quepos, I would ONLY EVER stay at this place. We loved it and worth every penny (or Colones)!

Exceeded expectations. All the sounds and sights of the jungle without the bugs. We found the location to be ideal - we were able to walk to our hikes that did not otherwise have parking and then drove to dinner where parking was included. Linda was an excellent host who went out of her way to give recommendations and help us troubleshoot our first time in Costa Rica!

Excellent service, everything was very good. Parking is street parking, but it's pretty safe. I would recommend investing in hot water and a small TV, but everything is super good.

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

I was allowed to stay in this great, safe and well furnished apartment for a month. I felt very comfortable and safe from the beginning! Everything very tidy, clean, well maintained and well thought out. Even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom! Alejandro and his family live next door. They are very friendly, discreet and maintain privacy. My questions were always answered right away and helped me. Alejandro even bought me a blender and an extra hot plate so I could need my brought Italian Mocca coffee machine;0)… The other hot plate was induction... I 100% recommend this apartment or studio!!! Great location for traveling on foot or bike around Quepos. The bikes were a great bonus! Luis was super helpful with so many things, from food, tours, extra blankets and so much more! Loved his vibe! Friendly and sweet neighbors. We loved having the kitchen to cook at home. It was simple kitchen amenities but still able to make the most of it and make some Yummy meals. We will be back!

This place is such a fantastic location. I would recommend having a vehicle to get there, but it is within an hour from Manuel antonio (so a super easy day trip), 30 mn from Jaco and less than 15 minutes away from three beautiful, free and almost empty public beaches right down from the house. There is also a well equipped grocery store and some really nice restaurants as well as local sodas within a 10 minute drive. You can easily stay entertained for more than a week with all the activities close by. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and the airconditioning was just what we needed after a day at the beach. It felt so safe and secure. I would recommend this place and the hosts to anyone. The price is unbeatable.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

I was very welcoming and especially a place to rest we felt at home and everything was super tidy and thought of in the slightest detail, the super equipped kitchen and the perfect pool

A beautiful cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. The cabin can get really hot, but with the two fans we were able to get a good nights rest. The views were stunning and the cabin was really clean!

Excellent, the house is very nice, clean and tidy, just for a quiet vacation outside the GAM.

Rick and Laura's place is great! The farm is quiet and in a perfect location for us, it is close to the marina and a short drive to the beaches. We saw monkeys 3 out of our 11 nights, iguanas daily and you will always hear the local birds which is great. The pool is a refreshing way to cool off and relax in the afternoon and enjoy the outside patio area. We utilized the outside kitchen most nights, where all tools and utensils are provided. Even if it rains you are able to sit outside, underneath where the fans will keep you cool while you listen to the tropical locals, monkeys and birds. Rick and Laura provide towels for the beach, coolers and chairs. The king and queen beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious each with their own bathroom along with ceiling fans and air conditioning in both. At Rick and Laura's there is also a washer and dryer which is awesome to not bring home beach sand filled clothes! We will definitely be back! Rick is very responsive too. Pura Vida

We enjoyed our stay. We saw White Faced Monkeys, a Sloth, Toucans and Parrots right from the balcony. Heiner was especially friendly and very nice. It’s a great location off of the main road, but still close to all the nice restaurants, beaches, and activities. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at Katrin's cottage. The entire house is well maintained and well adapted to the hot and rainy weather conditions in a rainforest. It is a bit outside the busy area of Manuel Antonio, which is a plus for us! Private transport is a must. The pool is really a great addition, but also the extensive kitchen and various seating areas are wonderful to come home after a trip in the area. And of course we saw wildlife in the area. Death monkeys, Ara's, Toucan and Red eye tree frogs can be admired around the house. It was one of our kids' favorite stays in Costa Rica! Katrin also helped us very well with an excellent guide, Roy. Recommended!

Isaac was a fantastic host. He gave us local recommendations and seemed very interested in helping us have a great experience. The place was also spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

Very beautiful Airbnb!! Cute and the perfect getaway for couples. Surrounded by jungle flora and fauna. We had a lovely time at the pool with monkeys jumping through the trees, pleasant mornings with coffee overlooking the plant life on the porch. Super close to Manuel Antonio and makes for a perfect vacation! Thanks Eddie!

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.

Excellent accommodation, the value for money is unparalleled, it is as seen in the photos and even better, the air conditioning works perfect and keeps the environment fresh and if you want more they can complement with the fan, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, everything impeccable and comfortable , very close to everything, Kensy and Karen are very friendly and always attentive, very recommended , I would repeat without hesitation.
