Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

The house is quite ewuipada of utensils, is really beautiful as in the pictures and comfortably accommodated the whole family. The condominium is quiet and everything makes us feel at home. I was very pleased with the rental and super indication. My suggestion would be just a heating in the pool. Since the water is cold we cannot take advantage of it as we would like.

I spent an amazing weekend at Larissa's house, with my sisters and my mother, we all love the stay, the house is wonderful, clean, spacious, Larissa was wonderful with us, kindly, always answered the messages quickly, was super flexible with our checkout, we love it, we will come back, for sure. Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
