Mari Carmen is very friendly and attentive from the moment you make the reservation. The apartment is very how , located in a quiet area, it is flawless and has all the kitchen accessories. Great detail the leftnos pastas, milk and coffee for breakfast. Repeat without hesitation

It was such a good escape from the city! The common spaces were lovely to hang out in and was perfect place to bring the dog as well. Lovely hosts, relaxing place, and great views!

We felt very comfortable in Michel's apartment. Especially the terrace was beautiful. Restaurants, bars and the supermarket were within easy walking distance. Communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!

Jonas is definitely a place we'd like to return to. The apartment was perfect for us,with everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable accommodation with free parking next to the house, they made our stay an entire experience to consider for future visits, the Host made our stay very easy and it is to be appreciated for their collaboration, we will repeat again!!

Very recommended apartment. Very comfortable and very well located. The terrace is spectacular. The host is very nice and very easy to communicate with, although fortunately everything was as planned and it was not necessary to do it for anything extraordinary.

Tim was very friendly, he didn't put any problems to adapt to the departure and entry times we need. The house is very, very nicely equipped. He left us water, toilet paper, beach towels, paintings and notebook for the girl...nothing was missing. Many thanks for everything Tim!!!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication in the build up, then on arrival we were met by our host (or someone on the behalf, I’m not sure), they talked us through the whole place with great instructions and advice then left us to it. A clean and tidy villa, bathrooms where immaculate. A lovely peaceful setting but just a minute away from bars and restaurants and a beautiful sea front. We didn’t use the pool (it was January) but I was open and being maintained, ie cleaned and checked. It’s a very safe and secure setting. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even nicer. Would absolutely recommend. Something to be aware of is the approach within the small complex is quite uneven due to a beautiful rocky walkway and there are four steps up to the property, just to be mindful of you have elderly travellers, although our 87 year old managed several times a day! Beautiful stay.

Everything was just as we expected, wonderful stay, area and we enjoyed peace of mind that is what we were looking for. Thank you very much to Maaike, who was the one who welcomed us. We will come back.💕

Very pleasant stay. Host is great with smooth communication and willing to help. Location is very quiet but with plenty of restaurants (even within walking distance) and small cozy village centers nearby. The sea is also easily accessible with Mojacar Playa about 30 minutes away. The flat itself is just perfect: nice terrace to enjoy the sun, spacious living room and kitchen with all amenities and 2 spacious rooms. Recommended!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and the place was beautiful. It’s the ideal location if you want to explore the surrounding towns and area. The apartment is as seen on the photos and of a very high standard. There are a number of great restaurants on the resort and I’d recommend the pizza and new burger restaurant that is located above the supermarket. The beach bar is also great for fresh fish and beverages. Overall I wish we could have stayed longer !!!!

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

It's a medium floor, for two people it's perfect. The terrace was very good, although there was a problem with the blind to reach it so we could not take full advantage of it. The place is very nice and in general everything was perfect, clean and tidy when we arrived. Very attentive and kind Luigi!

The apartment is ideal, everything is new and the beds are super comfortable, the development with the pools and swings ideal for children, we had a fantastic family vacation. Keep in mind that the development is a little removed from the village and the beach, with the car you can easily get around and you can park well anywhere. The treatment with Naddia and Nicolas was perfect, she helped us with everything. If you go to the area, I recommend the beach on the grounds or the one in Coccas, a few minutes away by car since the one that is close to the house is made of stones and for children it is not the best. For lunch there are several places the best to bring food home to La Paila.

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

Jessica was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect. A really peaceful spot, close to the beach and near nice bars and restaurants. perfect spot for a Christmas away.
