It is a detached house that shares the same plot with a larger house in one of the most sought-after residential neighborhoods in Mar del Plata. The house is the same distance from Playa Grande or Playa la Perla, which by car takes no more than 10 minutes to travel. There is a shopping area a few blocks from the house with all amenities, including restaurants. Any inconvenience that appears is resolved quickly since the owners live next door, in the larger house.

The monoenvironment is located on the High Floor of a house, with own access by staircase, and private bathroom on the ground floor ( the bathroom is not shared, it is only for guests use)
