The apartment, completely remodeled a few years ago, is in a category building above Parque San Martín, in Playa Grande (the best area of Mar del Plata). Just 2 blocks from Alem Street, 4 blocks from Playa Grande and 12 blocks from Güemes Street. From the windows of the living room, bedroom and kitchen, you can only see the green of the park and the blue of the sea. There are warehouses, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the building. It has covered garage and 24-hour security.

Summer apartment with an incredible ocean view from all the rooms, very bright and comfortable. The bedroom can be set up with a double bed or two singles, according to the guests' wishes. We need you to tell us how to do it a few days before the start of the stay... In the living room there is a sofa bed with a trundle bed underneath.
