There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.
