Maison de charme du XVIII siécle rénovée avec grand séjour et cheminée, vue dégagée sur campagne avec riviére, sur propriété de 5000 m2, dans petit village proche de Verneuil sur Avre, ville historique et de Center Parc (golf, tennis,…) Nous pouvons accueillir les animaux de compagnie. Merci de prendre contact avec nous. Attention, nous sommes à la campagne, il peut donc y avoir des mouches et insectes. Nous faisons notre possible pour les retirer mais il peut en rester. The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
