Holiday rentals with lake access in Marche

Eine tolle Unterkunft für sehr schöne 2 Wochen in der Marche. Wunderschön in der Landschaft neben eigenen Olivenbäumen gelegen mit toskannischem (!) Ausblick, gepflegter Salzwasserpool direkt vor der Terrasse, geschmackvolle, detailverliebte und hochwertige Ausstattung (Christian lebt z.T. auch in einer Wohnung), wie Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer, deutsche TV-Sender, Kaffeeautomat draußen für alle UND kleine DeLonghi Espressomaschine in der Wohnung: bei allen Kleinigkeiten merkt man das Interesse vom Vermieter, zufrieden zu machen. Lage: Die Marche ist nicht die Toskana, zuvor bekannt, keine Stadthighlights, hier findet man aber Landschaft, Ruhe, kleine Dörfer, die überraschen, und man erfahren muss. Doch nun das Beste: Wir genossen die Kommunikation mit Christian, der auch hier lebt und sich auskennt, seine Essenstipps waren genial, seine Empfehlungen grandios (Strandbesuch etc.), er sollte dies für seine Gäste digital aufbereiten. Wir haben die Gespräche mit ihm sehr geschätzt! Danke!

Un angolino di paradiso, eravamo in cerca di pace e tranquillità e l'abbiamo trovata. Unica pecca essere dovuti andar via così presto. Ci hanno accolto la sig.ra Livia ed il sig. Luca, che risiedono in una casa poco distante. Sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La casa davanti al lago è veramente bella e suggestiva, sia internamente che esternamente. Il posto è tranquillo ed immerso nella natura. p Uno dei punti di forza sono le grandi vetrate che danno sul lago, sulle montagne circostanti e che permettono di godersi dei bellissimi tramonti. Lo spazio esterno con il laghetto ed il boschetto intorno è veramente molto bello e ne abbiamo goduto tutti cane compreso. A meno di mezz'ora di macchina Gubbio e Umbertide che consiglio vivamente di visitare se piacciono i borghi medievali e la loro storia. Una bella scoperta, torneremo volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 GG e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento esattamente come nelle foto e molto pulito. Cinzia che lo gestisce è stata molto disponibile ad aiutarci con la TV che funziona solo con Netflix o internet (non c'è l'antenna). Solo il microonde non era funzionante. È un buon punto di partenza per visitare l'Umbria e la zona del lago Trasimeno.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Alberto & Silvia were really the reason why I gave 5 stars! They made us feel right at home, very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The estate was very picturesque, had everything we needed. We considered ourselves very lucky that on the day we arrived, Alberto and his father were harvesting olives in their orchard right in the estate. They even took us to an olive mill to see the transformation of their olives into luscious olive oil. The estate itself was very grand, with the most dramatic view of Umbrian hills. I will dream about this experience for a long time. Grazie mille Alberto & Silvia!

Logement qui correspond bien à la description qui en est faite. Très bel environnement, refait avec goût dans le style d'origine. Le salon est très grand, avec un plafond rampant, très beau. Malheureusement il a fait très mauvais temps pendant notre séjour et les soirées étaient un peu froides car nous n'avions pas voulu allumer le chauffage dont le coût est assez élevé. Lorenzo et Lino ont été ponctuels et chaleureux. Le logement se situe à environ 4 km du centre de Spoleto, une voiture est donc nécessaire. Nous avons quand même pu la première matinée où il y avait du soleil, rejoindre Spoleto à pied par la promenade ancienne voie ferrée et c'est une balade très agréable.

I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything about this location is an Italian escape. I've been to Italy several times, and have been using AirBnB for a very long time, and his was by far my favorite place. The rooms, the outside gardens, the olive groves, the pets, the sunsets, the views...the absolute best. Just outside the city of Perugia, and close to restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the city, close to grocery stores. This place was cozy, and had a real farmhouse feel. Te host was awesome! Filippo was always quick to respond, was on site when I checked in, had recommendations for places to eat, get groceries, places to visit. He was incredible, and an amazing host. I would definitely come back.

We just spent four wonderful nights at Francesco’s place! So peaceful and relaxing. Francesco is an amazing host!! So responsive and friendly. Wonderful recommendations. Our first night there we had such a great time at a local festival we never would have found without him! You can walk up the hill into the village. Just a great stay…..

Loved staying here! Quiet, relaxing location with great amenities.
