Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

In the countryside, in an outbuilding of my property, this 70 m2 accommodation on 2 levels has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms, baby kit and a large outdoor area with private terrace of 80 m2 and parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.
