In a house with preserved character, you will have a whole floor to yourself (35 m2) with bathroom and toilet (private), a very comfortable bed 160 cm, a desk, and a dining area (microwave and small fridge but no hob or sink (sink in the bathroom). You will be independent and in a quiet environment.
