Charming 2-room apartment on the top floor of a small condominium with a communal garden! Very bright (window in every room) spacious in a green and quiet environment. The apartment is fully equipped. I leave everything ;-) Access to Old Lille in 20 minutes on foot, 12 minutes on foot from the tram to reach Lille. The building is set back from the road, the room overlooks the garden. Very nice neighbors. Close to Lille: bus, tram, Vlille! Easy and free parking.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site.
