Most convenient place for anyone flying through Baku to other destinations. The location of the apartment near an international airport Ghash Ghader Aliyev is accessible just minutes driving away. The owner of the apartment is an amazing person, available for immediate contact, gives welcoming service, picking up guests from an airport with his or a relative's car and returning them to their next flight. The house is spotless, clean, and provides all the necessary utensils even for an extended stay. The area of the apartment is a special district of aviation workers, quiet and safe, and at night there is no airplane noise. All that is said and price for a comfortable and inexpensive night at all make the choice of Ziya's apartment extremely exorbitant. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Yuliya’s Airbnb in Baku! 🌟 The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area, a bit apart from the downtown, but still easily accessible. It provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Yuliya was an exceptional host — very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations. Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!
