Tanner Farm Coach House was perfect for a longish stay in-between house moves. The super-fast broadband was brilliant for work, which is an essential for me, & on top Christina was also really welcoming and friendly, & has a lovely, caring and fun approach to life in general & to her airbnb guests in particular. The accommodation is quality and the setting on the farm is very charming. Loved it ! 100% recommend.

Lovely stay in this delightful annex . If you enjoy walking there are loads of footpaths in the area and loads we came across that weren’t on our footpaths app which made it an adventure! We walked to Sissinghurst Castle which was a lovely day out treating ourselves to a meal in the cafe . For those essentials like milk and bread we walked to Staplehurst which again was very walkable and if you want to venture further out it has a train station . We were meant to take a trip to Rye but ran out of time ! The area is a walkers paradise , so idyllic and you can still see the remaining Oast houses many of which have been converted into habitable dwellings . The annex itself was quiet , comfortable , clean and well stocked with everyday kitchen essentials. Thank you to both Lindsey and Calvin for making us so welcome . Julie and Ian

Beautiful little annexe in lovely grounds. Very clean and tidy inside with all the things you'd need (and a little bag in the bathroom for things you may have forgotten!) Bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts are friendly, very responsive to messages and very keen to help. Definitely would recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! Such thoughtful details such as little chocolates on the bed (which was super comfy). They were really accommodating for our toddler, and set up a high chair and baby plates/ cutlery which was great. It was really nice to have milk and breakfast cereal with fruit on offer. The location was peaceful and and really easy to find with all the instructions. We all loved (especially our daughter) meeting both the lovely dogs who waited at the gate each time we came back! Claire was great at communicating and was quick at replying to any messages! we would 100% come back.
