J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

The vanishing point,

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

In historic district, building 1900, ideally located 6 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the city center and transport (tram, bus). Romagna is a former commandery founded by the Templars around 1140, then it belonged to the Order of Malta.

Welcome to Selongey in the house next door! We welcome you to an old restored barn. Composed of 3 bedrooms and a living room, this accommodation is perfect for hosting family, friends or for work. With a courtyard and a small garden, you can park your vehicle and enjoy the outdoors on sunny days. For those who wish, we offer a cleaning option for €80, to be taken at the time of booking.

Your 34 square metre, single-storey accommodation will be private on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area. Fiber optic wifi connection.

29 m2 independent studio with private terrace

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
