The driving distance to the centre of Sóller is 3-5 minutes (walking about 15 minutes). The house has an approximate living area of 80 sqm. They are divided into a large combined living-dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The large terrace with the 6x4 m sized pool is the place to be in summer

Can Pa cosy townhouse with pool Pollensa Mallorca

In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. You will find here: pushchair, cot, high chair, plastic crockery, gate for stair, beach games. Plus you will be covered by all my tips and love for this island! :) I hope to meet you soon!

This nice apartment consists of a large living room with a 20 meter terrace and a good equipped kitchen (blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The accomodation is cozy and well furnished, with charming views on a garden and pool on one side and a field on the other side. The residence is very pleasant, quiet with a large swimming pool. Ideal for a family vacation.

This is fully renovated place with swimming pool in the city of Palma. NO PARTY CELEBRATIONS or music outdoors. Exclusive use of the propety is for our confirmed guests . Visitors are not welcome to use the pool. A private terrace give access to a peaceful shared garden and swimming pool in a villa. Private entrance ensuring everybody's privacy.
