Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
