Cosy holiday home set in beautiful natural surroundings, 300 metres from the sea. With its 85 m² and an outbuilding of 25 m², the summer house offers 6 sleeping places in the main building and 2 in the annexe – ideal for a cosy holiday. Around the house, there is a lovely wooden terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day, as well as an orangery and an outdoor wild swimming pool and fire pit. The summerhouse is located at the end of a main road and is a small oasis of tranquility in the middle of beautiful nature, where you can expect to be visited by fapses, squirrels and deer. No pets allowed

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun. Not far from golf courses and mountain bike trails. The house is located about 13 minutes from Rebild Bakker. The town has a good grocery shop, a pizzeria and, most importantly, a fantastic inn that also offers delicious food for takeaway. Two good-sized bedrooms and a room in the basement. Please refer to my house rules. This is my private home, so please respect it and leave it tidy. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE AND It is strictly forbidden to keep animals in the house.

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Our home is nestled in the front row by the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view. Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

The accommodation contains 3 rooms each with a double bed, 1 children's room with a junior bed and 1 cot as well as a changing table. There is a sauna in the bathroom on the 1st floor. The house is located on the water side with only 300 meters to a very child-friendly beach. The beds are made and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
