Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

We are located 2.5 km from Tiradentes Square, the historic center, going up the steep slope of João de Paiva. Another way would be the same route as the circular bus.

We have bedding, towels, a minibar, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave and dishes. You can park your car here and stroll around the city on foot:)
