The bedroom has a large double bed 180×200. The nicely decorated bathroom opens in the living room. The apartment has central heating! A washing machine, hairdryer and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances! Daily parking in the nearby underground car park costs €7.

Many excursion destinations can be reached in an hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking, and much more.

Narrow-gauge railway, train station approx. 5 minutes away. Bathing beach on Lake Erl approx. 25–30 min. Two local shops approx. 3 minutes away. Basilica in approx. 15–20 minutes.
