The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
