At the foot of the basilica, in a meticulously furnished monument-like house. The apartment is 60sqm hallway, separate toilet. There is a balcony with a living room with an American kitchen, from which there is a partial view of the basilica, there is a comfortable sofa bed 160×190. The bedroom has a large double bed 180×200. The nicely decorated bathroom opens in the living room. The apartment has central heating! A washing machine, hairdryer and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances! Daily parking in the nearby underground car park costs €7.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

In a prime location in the center of Mariazell: ✓ Approximately 25 meters to the cable car valley station. ✓ about 3 minutes' walk to the basilica The property is a starting point for many hiking trails, such as the one to the Bürgeralpe or to Lake Erlauf. The end station of the Mariazell train is approx. 15 minutes walk from the property, the bus station in the village is about 10 minutes walk.

Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
