The secondary entrance to the complex opens onto the lagoon, which is an excellent spot for walks, children and photos. After walking another 500 metres, you will reach Praça do Parque Nanci, an ideal family-friendly spot with plenty of playground equipment, bars and restaurants. Supermarket approximately 5 minutes away, beach 15 minutes away.

You'll have a great time in this comfortable and spacious house. Close to the beach, main event and shopping squares. Large 3-room living room, master suite with office, sofa and whirlpool. Canadian suite (2 integrated bedrooms with 1 bathroom). Beautiful lawn space to ensure everyone's fun. Beautiful pool, large deck. The house is near Barroco (best location in the region). The maps are showing a distant location (wrong). We are close to Praça dos Gaviões. New house, not even decorated.
