We are located a 10-minute walk from the Nanci Park Waterfront, one of the largest structures built in Maricá with various leisure and gastronomy options for adults and children, close to the market, 9 minutes from downtown Maricá and 21 minutes from one of the region's beaches. The bus that runs in the city passes near the house, and from the Downtown Bus Station, guests can visit the city's tourist attractions enjoying the "vermelhinhos" for free. We have prepared our space for a unique experience

You'll have a great time in this comfortable and spacious house. Close to the beach, main event and shopping squares. Large 3-room living room, master suite with office, sofa and whirlpool. Canadian suite (2 integrated bedrooms with 1 bathroom). Beautiful lawn space to ensure everyone's fun. Beautiful pool, large deck. The house is near Barroco (best location in the region). The maps are showing a distant location (wrong). We are close to Praça dos Gaviões. New house, not even decorated.
