The bus that runs in the city passes near the house, and from the Downtown Bus Station, guests can visit the city's tourist attractions enjoying the "vermelhinhos" for free. Relax with the whole family in this quiet and super cozy accommodation. Beautiful view, "deserted" beach, but apartment close to local shops. Take the opportunity to de-stress and enjoy the quiet! Nearby beaches and lagoons with crystal clear waters! It has no elevator, but it is only 2 floors. Three super well-distributed bedrooms and a super cool energy in the APT! All simple, but very nice!!!

Laguna Space

House with barbecue and swimming pool facing the lagoon with direct access to it and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Spacious place with 10 beds, 6 single, 2 double and 1 "surubin" bench/bed. Double kayak already in the lagoon available for use! Flexible check-in and check-out! Guests can arrive early in the morning on the first day of the reservation and leave at night on the last day!

Apartment

The unit is located facing the sea, just a pedestrian walkway from the revitalized Ponta Negra waterfront. It also has unparalleled proximity to the center of the neighborhood, where there are restaurants and tourist sites that can be visited both during the day and at night. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, thus having the smallest flight of stairs to be climbed.
