Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Cottage 10 meters from the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.

Our architect designed house is 115 m2. It is situated fantastically in the first row behind the dike - less than 100 m to the beach. You will enjoy the view over the dike and the sea - from the extensive patio or from a walk at the dike along the coast. The kitchen faces the sea as the terrace - so rooms and nature become on beautiful and calming experience. Room with a view: The master bed room faces the sea towards South and East. It has its own bath room.

Charming guesthouse with a wood fired outdoor bath in the private garden overlooking the Baltic Sea. The ocean is only 300 m away, and there is a walking path from the house. The area is certified Dark Sky area, so on a clear night you can sit in the hot bathtub with the Milky Way right above your head. The only noise is that of mother nature, the birds, the waves and the deer. The house sleeps up to 6 people.
