The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

This holiday apartment is front beach located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

La nostra suite al piano primo caratterizzata da un esclusiva terrazza privata di 40 mq sul mare vi farà godere dall'alba al tramonto la brezza marina. The apartment is in the heart of the town's waterfront, in an ideal location for a beach vacation. Thanks to the direct access to the beach, you can reach the sea in a few steps, without having to cross busy streets, a perfect solution especially for those traveling with children. Being located in the center of the village, you will not need to use the car during your stay: all the main services, shops and restaurants are a few meters away.

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Mysamare

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern part of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped driveway inside a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful locations both on the coast and inland.
