Elegant apartment, close to Pescoluse sandy beach

Welcome to Casa Claudia, a comfortable and elegant house, perfect for holidays and for smartworking. Located very close to the sea but in a quiet position, on a square with a green wood in front of. The apartment is large, with a queen mattress room (with the possibility to add a crib) and two bedrooms with bunkbeds. There's a big equipped kitchen and a living room with the TV. The external space has a table and a big umbrella. If you require Wi-Fi, we will recommend a nearby centre.

It has a large porch and outdoor spaces in which to spend moments of absolute relaxation; beautiful views of the sea of Salento! You'll love it for these reasons: views and relaxation are assured. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
