We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, located 250 meters from the free beach, equipped with 4 rooms, plus bathroom and kitchen and outdoor veranda with garden. Located in Rossano in the Zolfara district near the Odissea 2000 aquarium, equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. In the early morning from the sea you can admire sunrises with the sun coming from the sea and in the evening sunsets with the sun that hides behind the pollen coloring the sea.

Immersed in the greenery of the beautiful and charming Campotenese plateau, the natural gate of the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on the SP 241 provincial road; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available for guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also acts as a parking lot. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with a pristine nature.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The villa is about 200 metres from the sea and is in a well-served location.
