No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

La villa si colloca in una tranquilla e serena zona di campagna a 15 minuti dal capoluogo pugliese e a 20 minuti dal mare. Piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: l'atmosfera, gli spazi esterni e la posizione. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). N.B: La piscina è utilizzabile da Giugno a Settembre. Nella villa è presente una coppia di guardiani e i miei genitori in appartamenti diversi

Ampio trivani con suggestiva vista sul Mare. Parcheggio gratuito custodito. Spiaggia pubblica di sabbia e lidi privati a due passi. Amato tutti i mesi dell' anno per soggiorni lunghi per chi desidera relax e natura, senza rinunciare ai confort che un grande appartamento attrezzato può regalare. Zona ricca di negozi, bar, farmacia, supermarket, pizzerie, scuola surf, pescherie.A pochi chilometri da Aereoporto, Porto, Bari Vecchia e Centro Città. Area ben servito dai bus cittadini.

Nel circondario avete l'imbarazzo della scelta castel del monte, Trani, Bari a la magica alberobello la Puglia è stupenda io ne sono innamorato spero di contagiarvi
