Close to nature house close to lake and city.

Enjoy this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails in close proximity to the property. Wi-Fi is available in the house. Within walking distance, there is a lake with a swimming area and the possibility to rent a boat for fishing, for example. Boat rental and fishing licenses are purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. Borås Golf Club is 3 km from the house. You are also close to central Borås, which can easily be reached by car in about 5 minutes. In Sweden, you can hike freely in the forest and nature, but not enter private plots.

Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, cycling, swimming in abundance. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. With car, it takes 20 min to GBG. Soup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice trails for hiking. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Small, unique house in the countryside with several hundred years of history. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or even two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly on the property. Hiking trail and exercise trail in the nearby area. 37 km from Varberg and 32 km to Ullared.

Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
