The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Unterspreewald, only 150 m away from the Spree. It was completely renovated in 2019. Ideal to explore the Spreewald. Perfect for activities like hiking, canoeing and cycling. Quietly situated, with lots of space in the garden and a large terrace - ideal for barbecues or breakfast in summer. It has a living room, bedroom with box spring bed, small kitchen, bathroom with shower (newly tiled). Jetty in 150m available.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Nearby is Scharmützelsee, and 30 minutes' drive away is Tropical Island, Germany's only tropical leisure paradise under roof. The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.

We are a small family and have been renting out our adjacent holiday apartment in the beautiful Rangsdorf since April 2018. The flat has modern furnishings, and from here you can easily explore the surrounding area as well as Berlin and Potsdam. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
