Ahmet went above and beyond to make sure my stay is confortable and relaxing , I had some challenges with the taxi driver but luckily Ahmet was there to welcome me and resolved it with the driver , Ahmet helped not only with accommodation but also his recommendation for restaurant and taxi going back to airport . In addition to being spotless, everything was meticulously and thought out to the finest detail in the house. Hosts haven't missed any details. Some of these details are the maps and booklets describing the area are available in the house and a very useful equipment for barbecuing on the terrace. They are also very friendly, helpful people. I'm so glad to have met Ms. Nevaziye. I would love to go again and would recommend it to anyone with peace of mind.

Great location, a few issues but very easily sorted and very quickly. Very comfortable and it was a great base while in Istanbul.

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

You chose it to spend the weekend, it was one of the best weekends I've had thanks to this house. The house is incredibly peaceful, every detail is incredibly beautiful. Extremely clean. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit on the balcony against the sea view. Ms. Burcu was also very sweet, she took care of us from start to finish. Luna, her cat, was just as sweet, adding color to our weekend. Everything was a great experience.

We felt very comfortable! The terrace is beautiful with the view of the Black Sea. The apartment is very spacious. We felt like part of the family, because Feyza's parents are very sweet and helpful!

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Excellent view, clean place.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.
