The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

first of all, if there was anything we needed, Mr. Taygun from us in the most sincere way. She also provided a lot of information about the places to visit and see around. Kind, helpful and hospitable. The place was very clean, the stove burned great, and breakfast on the balcony was amazing. .. a place I can highly recommend with bird sounds, sea and forest views.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Great place to stay - quiet and peaceful while you are still in the middle of everything.The place has all the amenities possible and are top quality. It’s best place to stay with or without kids, easy to walk to Taksim square and a minute away with access to grocery/eateries. Recommended the hospitality of Zelal and the place!

Berk is so respuctful , responsive , has a good place private entrance , great location i recommend this place 100% worth the money we paid , and for sure i will take it again when i come back 🔥

We had a very nice vacation with 4 women. It was a very safe environment. The road was easy to find. The house was spotless. There were supplies needed. The view was very nice. The pool was quite hot. The home was very very hot. Families with children can also easily choose. Mr. Emin responded quickly every time we called. Thanks for everything.

The place, as seen in the photos, we did not experience any negativity. Toilet paper, detergent, towels, dishwasher tablet, etc. There are all cleaning supplies. There is also a baby bed. Pool heating, kitchen appliances, hot tub working smoothly. If you have a question or problem, the host is quick to resolve it. Overall, we were satisfied.

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

A peaceful environment with birds chirping and lush views. There are two pools on site; the heated pool was warm day and night, and the other pool is ideal for summer. The social area of the house was quite enjoyable. Around the fire pit, we were able to spend time comfortably even if it was raining thanks to the top protection. The BBQ area was right next to us and the outdoor lighting was also adequate. Both the space and the number of rooms are quite sufficient for crowded stays. Kitchen utensils are well thought out; there is also an automatic coffee maker that you can use if you bring your coffee beans. There are many grocery options to meet your needs about 15 minutes away by car. However, if you bring all your needs with you when you arrive, I can say that a flawless stay awaits you.

In general, everything was nice, it could have been better if breakfast was included, otherwise we had a power outage 1-2 times, but it didn't take long, a preferable place was very comfortable🙏🏻🌸✨

It was very nice. It is not within walking distance to a place like the village center, so I recommend taking food and drink and going with it before going. It was in the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

My family and I stayed at Oğuzhan Bey's house for 2 weekends in a row. Both Mr. Oğuzhan and his mother welcomed us very warmly and responded quickly to all our questions. We did not encounter any problems with the cleanliness of the house. The place was peaceful, calm. Thanks to them, we had a nice weekend. It was an experience I could recommend to everyone🙏🏼

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

It's a great place in terms of price/performance. They didn't even hurt us for a mishap that wasn't due to them, and our weekend was enjoyable. The temperature of the pool was quite sufficient. We were able to adjust the temperature ourselves very easily.

It was a very nice house, unfortunately we could not use the beautiful garden due to the rainy weather, but we also had a great time in the house. All the needs were considered in the house, which was an important criterion for us and we were able to reach them all. You can cook any food on the stove with a small grocery shopping. It was an important detail that all of the products offered were vegan and eco-friendly. Although it was a cool weekend, we warmed up comfortably with the combi boiler. Gökçe & Derya are extremely kind and helpful people who really see their guests as “guests.” They responded quickly to everything. Thanks for the amenities and help they provided.

Ms. Sebla and her family took great care of us from start to finish. Both the breakfasts, the hot pool, and the fireplace, if needed, helped us with all kinds of amenities. Although the house we stayed in was winter months, it was always warm. There was no problem in terms of cleanliness. They constantly helped us during our stay and made us feel at home with their smile.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

First of all, everyone there greeted us very friendly. My friend and I rented 2 houses, both of them were clean from the kitchen to the bed. Everything was working smoothly in the house. The houses are as in the photo or even more beautiful. The breakfast services were warm and the flavor was also very good. There is no problem parking in the car. It was one of the places I would happily stay again
