Holiday rentals with breakfast in Marmara Region

We had a great stay experience! The house was very clean, tidy and beautiful as in the photos. The location was very good, we were comfortable in terms of transportation. The host was also very caring and welcoming, quick to respond to any questions we had. A place we would definitely want to stay again, would recommend to everyone!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Everything was very nice, they supported us with everything during our stay. If I need it, I would like to stay again.

The house is wonderfully designed. We enjoy the garden all day long. Mr. Ahmet answered all your questions in an instant. With the jacuzzi, pool, and ambiance lights, the harmony of the trees feels like your Ballet. If you want to relax and clear your head, do not hesitate. Note: I did not receive commission for this comment =)

My stay was very enjoyable! The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Transportation was quite easy, we used a taxi and it was affordable , there was a super market next to the apartment. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was quiet so very convenient to relax. The host was communicative and helpful with anything. A place I would want to stay again.

Besides being a spacious, stylish and a solid apartment, it's location is impeccable, ferry, bus, Subway, are in few mins walk. Then the heart of action in Kadikoy is on doorsteps. Welldone!

Mr. Ferid helped with check-in, etc., I responded to my messages quickly, and there were almost all the items we needed in the room. Ms. Sultan also cleaned the room very well.

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
