Holiday rentals with breakfast in Marmara Region

Kerem beye bizi evimizde ki hissettirdiği için teşekkür ederiz tüm sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Konaklamızdan çok memnun kaldık yine gelirsek mutlaka burayı düşünürüz

Öncelikli olarak gayet güzel vakit geçirdik ev bahçesi ve havuz mükemmeldi. Bizle iletişim halinde Hasan Bey vardı gayet anlayışlı ve konukseverdi. Evi bize kardeşi teslim etti o da gayet güzel sıcak kanlı biriydi, misafirperverlerdi. Evin içinde bulunan eşyalar eskiydi. Masalarda konsollarda danteller var ve hepsi çok tozluydu. Halılara çıplak ayakla basmamanızı tavsiye ederiz. Banyoda yerde bulunan plastikler çok eskimiş yıpranmış ve kopuktu. Evin her yerinde devasa örümcek ağları ve örümcekler vardı. Ama genel konaklama için yanınızda keyif aldığınız kişiler varsa havuzda ve bahçede geçireceğiniz keyif paha biçilemez. Bizler aşırı keyif aldık ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Merhabalar, Sapanca'da birçok alternatifi araştırdıktan sonra Dut Sapanca'da karar kıldık. Bizi buraya çeken evin konumu, tek katlı ve iki özel banyolu yatak odasi olan taş ev olması, bahçesinin ve havuzunun yeterli büyüklükte ve çok düzenli olmasıydı. Gittiğimizde de seçimimizin ne kadar doğru olduğunu görmüş olduk. Öncelikle İrem Hn.'ın rezervasyon yaptığımız ilk andan, evden çıkıp aracımıza binene kadar tüm konaklamamız boyunca göstermiş olduğu ilgi ve samimiyet için çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerçekten çok değerliydi bizim için. Ev görünenden de güzel. Çok merkezi bir yerde ancak etrafı çok sessiz ve sakin. Oldukça korunaklı ve düzenli. Bahçe peyzajı özenle düzenlenmiş. Barbekü ve ateş çukuru çok iyi konumlandırılmış. Havuza yakın ve gölgelik sunan çok güzel bir çardak var. Havuz gayet yeterli ve devirdaim ünitesi verimli çalışıyor. Evin iç kısmı oldukça ferah ve güzel. Ortak yaşam alanı ve iki kenarda bulunan özel banyolu iki yatak odası olması bu evi eşsiz kılıyor. Tekrar geleceğizzzz.

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Everything was great. The location is beautiful and overlooks Lake Sapanca espacially that we've our car. The apartment sapce and design is excellent for a small family , the furniture is modern and clean. It has two floors, one bedroom, one bathroom with a jacuzzi, and one balcony on the upper floor. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equppied kitchen, and a bathroom. The disadvantages: 1- the bathroom in ground floor need more ventlation. 2- the washing machine were not available but Mr. Kemal was very cooperative and solve the issue immeditaly. Thank you Mr. Kemal for your kindness and cooperative which let us extended our stay for two more nights and enjoy our time in Spanca.

Great apartment very close to the Kadıköy ferry station to go to the European part. Also very close to lots of nice restaurants. The apartment has everything and is clean. The only thing we missed a bit is a microwave but it was not a big deal. Highly recommended!

I had such a great time staying here! I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing – super helpful and even went out of his way to get some supplies we needed, which was a kind gesture. The location was also perfect. It was only a minute walk from the metro and a few minutes from Nişantaşı, one of the most stylish areas of Istanbul, full of luxury shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was also close to Taksim Square and other major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place. The wonderful host, great location, and cozy home feel made my experience truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

I liked this flat because of the location which is pretty close to ferries/metro also close to bars and restaurants. Eren is friendly and was very flexible on my check in and check out. Of course as others mentioned, be aware that this street gets crowded because of the clubs. I wasn’t bothered though.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy to access to some of the main tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is also a tram stop right out the front for easy commute to other areas. The accommodation is basic but is comfortable for a short stay in Istanbul

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

Buhara Family Inn is very central and perfectly located to explore Istanbuls old part. Walking distance to most attractions and only 5 minutes to the Blue Mosque. The rooms are not that big but very clean. The staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
