Holiday rentals with breakfast in Türkiye

The place was so wonderful and full of beautiful facilities. The area was quite, safe and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and everything was exactly as described in the photos 😍😍 It’s highly recommended to visit this place as it it’s one of the best villas that i have ever seen in Sapanca 🖤

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. I have too many good things to say about Hikmet and this property. I needed a place to get away too. I wasn’t interested in spending time in bedroom I just wanted to relax by myself. I rented a large house to myself and enjoyed three wonderful weeks there. Hikmet allowed me to eat from her garden, and olive oil from her trees. I Purchased eggs and fresh milk from the neighbors, and learned how to make nomad bread from Hikmet herself over an open fire. I eat really healthy and loved the peacefulness of this property. It is about 30 minutes away from the famous Bodrum area that you see on the Internet so keep that in mind if that’s where you are planning on going. But the village of Gokpinar welcomed me with open arms and I made lifelong friends there. Hikmet’s property is a great place for a retreat. A great place for meditation and yoga and mindfulness. You’ll wake up in the morning to the roosters and go to bed in the evening with the cicadas. Stunning sunsets and sunrises and sounds to boot! If you need anything, Hikmet lives on the property and is always around doing something to maintain it so you’ll probably see her many times throughout the day. I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

I would like to thank Mr. Engin and his family wholeheartedly. We were guests from Antalya to their homes. They were in constant contact from the beginning to the end of the reservation. When we went to the place, they greeted me at the door as if they were welcoming someone from the family. It was very nice for Mr. Engin to offer his father's help with our suitcases, rather than his wonderful hosting. The balcony of the house was watching the balloons in the morning. I enjoyed the view with my coffee in the morning. The cleanliness was as clean as if it was just opened and the house was clean. We were very satisfied briefly. I would go there again if I have to go again. Thank you for everything. ❤️

Great stay at Murat’s place — he’s very helpful, responsive, and gave us wonderful local recommendations. The place itself is spacious, clean, and well-located — although you can hear a bit of traffic noise, it’s a short walk from the hubbub of Datça town, so feels very peaceful. Easy parking and the apartment is lovely and cheerfully decorated.

Great apartment very close to the Kadıköy ferry station to go to the European part. Also very close to lots of nice restaurants. The apartment has everything and is clean. The only thing we missed a bit is a microwave but it was not a big deal. Highly recommended!

The fact that the house is in the most beautiful center, the taxi and minibus stops, the proximity to the big grocery store made our job very easy. The sea view was even with a view of the bellapais monastery, and it was very pleasant to be on the balcony☺️ in the evening. The moon and sunrise were right in front of us. We didn't find much to do in the entrance, but the entrance is a city close to everywhere, we did not have any problems with the father-in-law. She was very helpful with everything. TR provided until outlet entrances. If we go again, we definitely prefer the same place.

İ was with my husband. but there was everything for big families too. we llike apartment decoration and furniture style too. it was same as photos. the location was very good. thank you

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—a short walk into the heart of Kas, yet still quiet and peaceful. The bed linens and towels were refreshed daily, and breakfast on the rooftop balcony was great. We also really appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach noodles available for our trips to the shore.

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

Mustafa was very welcoming, and he took us from the airport to the top of the mountain where we will stay. The place was clean and had a fantastic view! In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast and later he took us for a tour around the area for 100$ charge, which for us was reasonable since he had to go down the mountain to another close area, then up to a close waterfall and a historic Zil castle, and up the mountain again to where cabin is located at. Everything was great, and for sure I would recommend this place and might visit again during the summer ✌🏽

It was cozy and very modest like in my peaceful own home. Both Palamutbükü and olive pension met my wishes. If you're not a fond of luxury, it's great if you're a natural like me. Despite this price, the breakfast was amazing for me. Ms. Seda gave her permission to use her kitchens for dinner, and she was a very helpful operator. Thank you so much for everything ☺️

This place was absolutely perfect! The terrace is breathtaking and the balloons launch from right near this location. You can walk to all of downtown Goreme and a few hikes from here. The atmosphere is wonderful and the breakfast spread each morning is fantastic with many delicious, home made options. The host was always available and also helped me book a hot air balloon ride when I was in a pinch. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to return!

As of today, we checked out, it was difficult for us to leave, it is a very cute and comfortable place in the center of Ayvalik, and easy to reach everywhere, Ms. Fulya and her husband are very sweet, communication is very nice, a place I want to stay again

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!
