Large functional house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has high standards. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside, a large terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Gårdsrommet er virkelig en perle - med svært god plass til alle. Her inner du både pizzaovn, gassgrill, utepeis og flere komfortable sittegrupper. Beliggenheten er ideell, med kort avstand til mange flotte strender og andre kjekke fritidstilbud på sørlandet. Velkommen til et uforglemmelig opphold på Villa Vene!

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful place. Lovely barn with a bed for 6 people. The cabin has all the amenities. Here there are opportunities to swim, row or paddle and to walk. Fishing of trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cottage. 60 minutes to Kristiansand. Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids) and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
