Monthly Rentals in Maroubra

My parents stayed here for almost two weeks while visiting Sydney. They loved the location as it was a short walk to the beach but also very accessible to the shops. Apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Generous size terrace too. Would highly recommend!

Was a perfect and quiet stay! Really appreciated the support & communication with Maria & Cleary who were very helpful and responsive during the stay of my parents. Last floor with big nice view on Maroubra hills and the beach. Well equipped and very clean. Amazing place!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Mariana and Jan’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. They were incredibly thoughtful and respectful, making sure we had everything we needed while also giving us complete privacy. After learning that we would be driving for over 9 hours to get there, they left us a heartfelt welcome note along with some very thoughtful welcome snacks, which was such a warm and touching gesture. It truly made us feel at home right away. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — exactly as described, if not better. Every detail reflected their care and hospitality. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place hosted by genuinely kind people. Thank you again, Mariana and Jan, for making our trip so memorable!
