The riad offers more than 320 square meters of living space with 4 bedrooms, 5 lounge areas, 2 kitchens, 3 terraces, and a heated swimming pool. A few minutes walk from the Jeema el Fna square and. the souks entrance, it has direct car access and a parking 80 meter away. Daily breakfasts, rooms cleaning and concierge service are included.

It is a small riad in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech, completely rebuilt in place of a pre-existing ruin.
