great stay at Francesca's place she is a very available and responsive host who made sure we felt good throughout the stay. the apartment is very good: properly equipped and francesca leaves enough to cook more easily: oil vinegar salt etc. We enjoyed the rusks and jams provided as well as the coffee. really well received. we note 2 points of attention for the next guests: the shower which is quite narrow and the noise made by the neighbors above (passing tourists). Unfortunately, this is totally independent of Francesca who can't do much about it. we highly recommend this place anyway. thanks francesca, we had a great time

everything perfect, very nice and welcoming house

The place was charmingly located in the old town. It is an old building and lovingly furnished in the old style. Everything that is needed was available. dThe accommodation is spread over 3 floors and also has a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the roofs of the old town and mountains. the Val d'orcia is nearby and easily accessible by car. Since the place is located high in the mountains, it can rain here more often while it is a little better in the valley. Communication with Simona went great. SlSie gave us numerous good recommendations and tips and was always easily accessible for questions.

Very comfortable apartment Lorella was very attentive and very detail-oriented. She left us food, tea, coffee and more. And a chocolate gift for Befana day. We recommend it to all travelers
