IMPORTANT: SPA AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31 Adorable little townhouse completely renovated at the foot of the slopes of the Hermitage with garden equipped with a Jacuzzi brand spa. The ground floor is composed of a living room of 20 m2 fully equipped and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs the bedroom of 20 m2 offers a double bed and one single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping area. Safe parking of a car under shelter.

Bright and warm studio of 25m2, located in an outbuilding of our house (independent access), where you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, towels, bedding (bed 140x190), outdoor space 15 m2. Home located a 5-minute walk from the village center. Village located 10 min by car from Saint Vallier train station, 15 min from Tain l 'Hermitage access A7 and 20 min from Hauterives. Place to park in front of the house.

This recent 2019 construction is modern and welcoming. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large 60 m2 living room, a 55 m2 wooden terrace with jacuzzi (in service from March to October only) overlooking a magnificent view of the Ardèche and Vercors mountains. Attached garden of about 400 m2.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A comfortable country house for up to 10 people thanks to its 4 double bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms with a single bed. Possibility to add a cot and a high chair. For the winter and especially for the holidays, we open a large additional room: a dining room space with a large table, as well as a seating area with sofa and armchairs around the fireplace.

Close to famous vineyards. Come and spend a little while or a longer time to recharge your batteries in a bucolic setting. The studio is in a wing of the building, inhabited only by guests. To access it, you have to cross the house yard.

Apartment No. 1 is located on the 1st floor with access by a staircase, this duplex accommodation has a spacious living room, the bedroom is upstairs with its bathroom.
