Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
