Monthly Rentals in Martham

I booked My Souter's property on behalf of my colleagues who are working in the village and they loved the house. It was bright, spacious and everything they needed after a long day. My Souter was a perfect host with them being able to assist on queries that they had and helpful tips for them too in how the house worked. It was those personal touches we all liked about here. Unfortunately for us, we have just increased our numbers for the next couple of weeks where we are working and the property isn't suitable for our requirements. However, if you want a perfect home, in a hidden gem of a village and not really that far from the coast then look no further. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Eilish’s cottage. The accommodation was as described and was clean and tidy ready for us. The off road parking was a real benefit. Lovely location which was walkable to both the village and Hickling Broad, which is a stunning location. There is lots do so within a 20-minute drive with some beautiful broads locations that are worth visiting. We will be going back again.

Fabulous place to stay, and a return visit! Beautiful converted barn and just as the pictures show. Very tranquil and the view of the baby ducks on the pond was lovely to see. Very nicely laid out accommodation on one flat level with everything you could need, including a welcome basket which was great to get us started. We dealt with Alice who kept us informed of everything we needed to know and even left us a welcome back note! Lovely touch. We love Norfolk and this is a great location to visit the wonderful sites around the area. The seals at Horsey Gap were only 12mins away by car. Saw over 400 on this trip. Another place worth visiting is East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden which is only 20mins away by car. Beautiful. Highly recommended holiday property and one we will continue to come back to in the future. Thanks Alice for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our stay here was great. Me and 4 of my friends stayed for a girls weekend and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms are modern and clean, with suitable utensils, condiments and general household items stocked in the cupboards. It was nice and spacious too. The accommodation had lots of information on local things to do and restaurants. The hot tub was a really nice addition to our stay. Would definitely stay here again ☺️
