The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Our rustic house, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden, is directly adjacent to the Cormôr bridleway, a cycle path connected to the Alpe Adria. A few metres from Villa Colombatti, the manor of Castellerio once stood. You can take beautiful walks in the woods. In the small village, you will also find a stable. Ten minutes from Udine, an hour from the sea, an hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone and Cividale, fascinating villages to visit.

The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
