My house is located 3 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 10 minutes from Alès, 15 minutes from Uzés, 20 minutes from Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes. This allows you to discover the region. The sea is 1 hour away as well as Lozère. The house includes a large living room with a living room, kitchen and dining room, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, a 20 m2 terrace.

St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). Entre les rangs de vignes, le cachet de la pierre et le refrain des cigales, l'atmosphère invite à la détente absolue et à la convivialité. 🐳 Le grand bassin, le pool house animé, les parties de pétanque et les verres en terrasse...
