Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. This holiday accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays.

Ideal for cycling and fishing, with the River Witham and Cycle Route No. 1 only 300m away! Woodhall Spa is also home to England Golf and the famous Hotchkin course.

There is space to park on the shared drive.
