The house is an early 1900s trullo, completely renovated, equipped with heating and air conditioning, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with nightstands, reading lamps and a wardrobe. In the living room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine, there is a sofa bed; it is possible to cook and dine at a table for 4 people. From the living room you can access the bathroom equipped with washing machine, hot water, all the bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink, bidet, shower with cabin). Outside, there is an equipped AIA.

La casa, finemente ristrutturata e arredata, è composta da: bagno privato con doccia e sanitari, letto matrimoniale, tavolo e sedie, angolo cottura con frigobar e un angolo caffè. E' presente tv, wifi e climatizzatore.
