This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy! Scooters are easy to rent across the street and free parking is on premises.
