Typical Marche farmhouse arranged on two floors with fabulous pergola overlooking the garden. The house is located 1 km from the center of the village. Immersed in the Marche countryside, the house is located a few meters from the Tronto river and adjacent to the cycle path that connects S. Benedetto.Not having houses in close proximity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom(even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven is available.

Surrounded by greenery, you can relax with the whole family in this quiet, exclusive-use accommodation. The house is completely isolated just 500 meters from the small village and 2 km from the Roccaforte di Civitella del Tronto. Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and Papal Paperboard. Quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry.
