Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, central accommodation. A lovely, very functional apartment with a great location in the historic centre of Badalona. Charming renovated studio in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cosy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a very old house built in 1923, which doesn't have a lift. Access is via slightly narrow stairs. Separate entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable 135 cm bed, a small kitchen with a fridge, an induction hob and a washing machine, as well as tableware for two people. It's important to know that the accommodation has check-in and check-out via electronic codes, so there's no concierge service or staff on site. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your arrival until the day of your departure. There's no reception or concierge. No staff on site. You'll be pleased to know that the accommodation is located in a very old part of the city with pedestrian streets and lots of charm. The neighbourhood is quiet; however, please note that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and at night. There's also a school next door that's open during the week from September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (€1.75/person/night). This tax is charged separately via a payment gateway or bank transfer.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Home & Beach, First Class

It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It's fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on the second floor, so you have to go up some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There's only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes photos outside the apartment, which is pointed at the door that leads to the street.

There are no blinds, there are opaque curtains. Clean unironed bed linen. Difficult access from Barcelona airport by public transport (bus and train)
