The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

It is located 17 minutes from Rouen Exhibition Centre, 25 minutes from Kindarena, 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire).
