Our home is settled in K. Gomilica under the mountain of Kozjak and overlooks the beautiful bay of Kaštela. This house is only 700 meters away from the sea and the large marina. The house is surrounded by 1200 meters of courtyard that includes a large olive grove that hides the house from undesirables views. A special feature of this property is the 32 m2 outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck and covered al-fresco dining area with open outside fireplace and summer kitchen. There is a mini playground for children with swing and trampoline next to the pool. On the roof terrace of 170 square meters there is an outside Intex hot tub for 4 persons.
